Consistency seems to be that hardest thing to enforce and implement, especially when it comes to create good new habit or an intent to get rid of a bad one. This statement first came to my mind as a concept when management delegated training to people with no direct interest in the success of our operation. Why would you say? Because we got sold.
Delegating is definitely a must when it comes to growth and expansion but the lesson learned is that one is to delegate to people of trust and keep regular check ins to ensure that the quality is there to remain!

A phone call to make you smile!

We received a phone call this early AM from the president of the Mountain View Chamber of commerce that we have been elected to be the small business owners of the year! Quite a compliment coming from a chamber that has been hosting some genuineness in business and technology!

2013 is for expansion

6 years of try outs and errors, systems are set. The city of Mountain view blessed us with the authorization to have an outside patio which will allow us to increase the seating capacity.
