Inside the mind of a restaurateur in the hearth of the Silicon Valley. A delicious cuisine, extremely limited budget with a pure and contagious passion to prove that step one to any successful operation is having good people and believe in your concept.
Consistency seems to be that hardest thing to enforce and implement, especially when it comes to create good new habit or an intent to get rid of a bad one. This statement first came to my mind as a concept when management delegated training to people with no direct interest in the success of our operation. Why would you say? Because we got sold.
Delegating is definitely a must when it comes to growth and expansion but the lesson learned is that one is to delegate to people of trust and keep regular check ins to ensure that the quality is there to remain!
